Adult Classes (Meet Sunday Mornings)

9:45-10:55am, Room 205: Jesus and Prayer

Prayer is often something we desire most in our spiritual life and it is often what we find most frustrating. The life of prayer is not so much how do I pray but to whom do I pray. We were made for community with God and prayer is at its heart. In this class we will look at prayer in Jesus’ own life as an example for us. We will look at how people prayed to Jesus, how Jesus himself prayed and how Jesus taught us to pray. Jesus is the centering presence in the life of prayer and so we will look to him as our master and guide in prayer. Led by Gerald Neufeld in Fellowship Hall.
