About Us We at Peninsula Bible Church in Cupertino believe that worship is an active response where we declare God's worth and in doing so, become the community He wants us to be. We have long been committed to the teaching and training of lay leaders. Our goal is as Ephesians 4:12-13 says …To train Christians in skilled servant work, working within Christ's body, the church, until we're all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God's Son, fully developed within and without, fully alive in Christ. This is why we have a rotation of different worship teams each week. On any given Sunday you are likely to see a number of different leaders from our body utilizing their musical gifts. We sing songs that are theologically strong in lyrical content and God-centered. In addition to singing, we pray corporate prayers, read scripture and confess our faith together whereby every worshiper takes an active part in the worship service. |
